How an enquiry works
You send a product list, specifications, quantities and delivery date. We assess manufacturers on price, quality, capacity, lead time and payment terms, then bring the available options back to you.
Depending on the assignment, we arrange the purchase as an intermediary or quote for direct supply. Commission or supply pricing, branding, quality checks and logistics are agreed as part of the offer.
Our sourcing includes amenities suppliers in Germany and the Netherlands, and existing or prospective textile suppliers in Türkiye, Poland, Spain and Portugal.

Yes. Send a product list with quantities and specifications for each item. We assess the requirements across suitable manufacturers and clarify how the offers and deliveries can be coordinated.
Can hotel products carry our branding?
Custom branding can be discussed for suitable products. Availability, artwork requirements, minimum quantities and lead times depend on the manufacturer and are confirmed in the offer.
Do you handle replenishment as well as hotel openings?
Enquiries can cover new openings, renovations or repeat supplies for operating properties. Include the required delivery dates and whether quantities are one-off or recurring.
