Our role as an intermediary and how we agree the commercial terms.
Who you work with
Our activities are carried out by SYG International, based in Zaandam, Netherlands (KVK: 99667932). SYG Hospitality and SYG Industrial are business divisions. SYG Group is the intended future group structure.
Sourcing and trade brokerage
We act as an intermediary between businesses looking to buy and suppliers looking to sell. Depending on the assignment, we identify suppliers, obtain offers, introduce the parties and help coordinate commercial discussions, documentation and delivery arrangements.
Commission
For brokerage work, the commission, who pays it and when it becomes payable are agreed with the relevant parties before the transaction proceeds. The scope of our role is also agreed for the assignment.
Direct product supply
Where we quote as the supplier ourselves, this is made clear in the offer. In that case, our income may come from the margin between purchase and sales prices. Any logistics, branding, quality checks or project coordination included in the price are specified in the offer.
